Today’s post was scheduled days before; even the title was written, photos were uploaded and the draft was saved. I was going to feature the best collections of NYFW second part, with possibly Proenza Schouler under the spotlight. Then, Francisco Costa did something amazing. He created this collection, re-imagining the 90’s CK classics such as the slip dress or basic knits, masterfully deconstructing the once scandalously minimal pieces and creating new contemporary classics embracing the disarray of our age. Give me all 40 looks on this runway and I can wear them day after day starting from this moment till winter occupies Montreal.
