Out of Line

Anthony Vaccarello Fall 2015 Now this is not a beauty trend I’m going to encourage you to include in your daily makeup routine or even for night time, but it obviously is a trend for fall 2015 and at least it’s an amazing excuse for your ruined eyeliner looks. Let it be a brushstroke at haphazard, upward facing liner, mirror eyelashes on your eyelids, harry potter streaks of lightning around your eyes or even the look you get when you scratch your eye out whilst wearing eyeshadow; the lines on/around/under your eyes should be out of line this fall. Intentionally.

Best of PFW Fall 2015 Part I

It’s just been two days since Paris Fashion Week has started and I already have a buttload of material to make a post about. Every season whenever the calendar hits the final week of fashion month I instantaneously realize (again and again) why Paris is the last city to show, it’s the superstar. From LVMH shortlisted young Jacquemus‘ bizarre, conceptual NSFW collection to veteran Dries Van Noten‘s Asian-Safari, Lemaire‘s much coveted contemporary classics (with the boob bag?!?!) to Nehera‘s solid and easy Margielaesque pieces, Anthony Vaccarello‘s only-legs-for-days-allowed party girl collection to Cédric Charlier‘s color fest; here are best of Paris Fashion Week Fall 2015 Part I.

Via Della Moda

I recently discovered why I love Milan fashion week street style so much and the reason is not just city’s sartorial heritage or women’s fearlessness especially in terms of color or even because it’s the country that embraces (and graces) masculine style the most. I get to see so much more of Ada Kokosar in Milan, that’s why, it’s that superficial. Here are my favorite 130 looks (fashion week really is a circus, innit?) from Milan streets, the beautiful city I spent one whole awesome year of my life in.

Best of MFW Fall 2015

Just like London fashion week, the hectic runway schedule added to my personal blog post line-up kept me from making individual posts about my absolute favorite collections like Marni (above) so they have to share the same page this time with 16 other collections, best of Milan fashion week fall 2015. First of all there was a lot of designer who’s who in Milan this season, coming and going. Alessandro Michele, introducing a Wes Anderson inspired romantic and vintage tone to Gucci, one if you ask me was more daring than the actual sex sells approach that had been adopted by the brand before, was very well received. Kostas Murkudis, who was one of my favorite contemporary up and coming designers, took over Ter et Bantine, a brand I got acquainted with 5 years ago when I was in fashion school in Milan and we were working with them on a project and actually loved their minimal, easy style. This was a collection I was really looking forward to but at the end I felt …

Brown Eyed Girl

Just Cavalli Fall 2015 Or you can also be a taupe eyed girl or an orange eyed girl but blue or black seems out of picture for fall 2015 season. The tone and the amount of brown is the tricky part that makes this runway trend hard to apply IRL, personally I’d look totally washed out with a brown eye makeup but there’s no denying that it’ll be a huge beauty trend this fall. My personal favorite is Derek Lam’s subtle cateye eyeshadow or Altuzarra’s part grey part bronze look.
